Breaking The Cycleโข C.L.E.A.N.E.R.โข Living Programme
One in Four is hosting the next Breaking The Cycleโข C.L.E.A.N.E.R.โข Living programme, delivered by Survivors Of aBuse (SoB), this autumn.
Designed for women aged 18+ who experienced abuse in childhood, this free eight-week programme offers a supportive, trauma-informed environment in which survivors can explore the impact of their experiences, better understand their responses to trauma and develop practical tools to support their wellbeing and recovery.
The programme will take place at our Bellingham centre in South London from 10 October to 28 November 2026. Places are limited to 10 participants and applications are now open.
